- →Source candidates across LinkedIn, communities, and referrals - not just job boards
- →Screen for taste and nerve, then brief the team before any interview
- →Run first calls, keep candidates informed, and close offers without ghosting
- →Track every role in one pipeline - open, interviewing, offered, joined
who we're looking for
- →0–2 years in talent, recruiting, HR, or founder-led hiring (internships count if you ran real searches)
- →Clear writing - outreach and rejection notes that sound like a person
- →Judgment about creative work - you can tell a portfolio from a template
- →Follow-through - candidates hear back, even when the answer is no
