Senior editor who sets standards for the team - brand films, launch content, and the social cut that has to land by morning. You edit, you QC, you teach associates how not to overcook a timeline.
what you'll do
- →Lead edits on campaign films and flagship brand content end-to-end
- →Set pacing, structure, and music direction before the team touches a timeline
- →Review associate work - fast, specific notes, no vague 'make it pop'
- →Partner with directors and strategists from brief to final master
who we're looking for
- →Experienced editor with a portfolio of narrative or brand work with shipped campaigns to show
- →A showreel that proves taste - not just technical transitions
- →Experience mentoring juniors or managing multiple cuts at once
- →Calm under deadline; organised delivery across formats and specs
