what you'll do
- →Build and maintain a pipeline of brands that fit ONNOFF's creative lane
- →Run outbound - email, LinkedIn, warm intros - with copy that doesn't sound templated
- →Book and prep meetings; debrief the team after every call
- →Feed proposals with research, competitor context, and contact intelligence
who we're looking for
- →Experience in BD, agency new business, or founder-led sales - preferably creative industry
- →Writing that's sharp in English and comfortable in Hinglish
- →Discipline on follow-up - you don't ghost your own pipeline
- →Comfort presenting pipeline honestly, including the nos
